Frequently asked questions- Hypoxi** Trainers

What should I expect at the Hypoxi** Trainer Trial Session & what is the cost?
The cost of the trial session is $30 and usually goes for 45-60 minutes in total. During your time with us, you will do a full 35 **Hypoxi training session and a 15 minute consultation is included also. During this time we will happily answer any questions you have and assess what your desired outcome will be. How many Hypoxi** Trainer sessions do I need to do to see results?
Many women start to see results after just 4-6 sessions, however we do recommend a minimum of 12-36 sessions to reach your desired results.

How many Hypoxi **Trainer sessions per week will I need to see results?
It is highly recommended that you do 3 sessions per week, with a day between if possible.

Can I exercise as normal in addition to doing the Training sessions?
Yes we encourage you to continue doing regular exercise such as Pilates classes, cardio, weights, and yoga. If you do choose to exercise on your training days:

  • You will need to leave at least 4-6 hours between traditional exercise and your training session in the Hypoxi **.
  • Do not do vigorous traditional exercise after the session as it will stop your body burning the fat in the targeted areas and your results will likely be skewed. You can do gentle walking.

Is there a diet that I have to follow when doing this program?
To achieve best results, on your training days we highly recommend that you follow the simple rules outlined on our Healthy eating page. Following a calorie deficit plan, high protein, low sugar is best. Do not have caffeinated drinks 4 hours prior to your session as this skews the heart rate monitoring, and therefore your results.
