Youth Reformer Classes

We offer 45-minute sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays afternoons, specifically cater to girls aged 13-17 years. Our programs are fun and customised to meet the fitness requirements and needs of teenage girls.

Reformer Pilates is particularly beneficial for teenagers involved in sports activities such as netball, soccer, dance, or swimming. It helps enhance physical fitness, prevent sports-related injuries, and improve overall performance by targeting strength, flexibility, and coordination.

  • We incorporate a combination of traditional and contemporary Pilates exercises, as well as the use of a jump board & small equipment (balls, bands, weights, and magic circle). This variety adds excitement and challenges to the workouts.
  • Our studio provides a safe and comfortable environment for teenagers to embark on their fitness journey. We aim to create a supportive space away from judgmental and crowded gyms or traditional sports settings & our instructors are experienced in working with young individuals and prioritise their well-being and progress.
  • Our classes are suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced skill and fitness levels. We accommodate each individual’s capabilities and help you progress at your own pace, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for everyone.
