Women’s Reformer Group Classes

We incorporate various equipment like the jump board and small equipment (balls, bands, magic circle and weights) to add an extra level of intensity to the workouts.

Our classes run for 45 minutes and are exclusively for females, creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all girls & women regardless of size, age, or fitness level.

We take pride in being a boutique studio that fosters a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The classes are specifically designed to accommodate attendees of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

We are an excellent choice for women who are new to Pilates, as our instructors will guide you in learning the correct use of the equipment and help you focus on important aspects such as breathing, core control, pelvic stability, and overall body awareness.
