We collect Personal Information primarily to enable us to provide you with our services. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy Sensitive Information means the information a client has disclosed to us about their health and well being collected in person via a Personal Information Form. Except for health information as required to provide services, we do not generally collect Sensitive Information.

A request may be made to delete Personal and/or Sensitive information, and all reasonable steps to delete the information will be made, except where it is required for legal reasons. The Personal Information is stored on secure servers utilising data encryption at rest and encryption in transit if in digital format, or in locked cabinets if in hardcopy format.
